Private Client Services

We cover all aspects of private client law. Each matter is handled personally by one of our solicitors — not passed between departments.

Wills & Estate Planning

Protecting What Matters Most

A Will is one of the most important legal documents you will ever sign. Without one, your estate may not be distributed as you wish. We draft clear, legally robust Wills tailored to your individual circumstances — including Sharia Law compliant Wills.

Powers of Attorney

Planning for the Future with Confidence

A Power of Attorney allows someone you trust to manage your financial and welfare affairs if you become unable to do so yourself. Putting one in place while you have capacity is one of the most valuable steps you can take for your future.

Administering a Loved One's Estate

Guardianship & Intervention Orders

Supporting Those Who Need It Most

Where a person has lost capacity and does not have a Power of Attorney in place, a Guardianship Order or Intervention Order may be required. We assist families through this process, including access to Scottish Legal Aid funding where available.
