Comprehensive legal due diligence on business acquisitions, including review of contracts, licences, employment arrangements and intellectual property.
Where purchase funds come from multiple sources or require additional anti-money laundering verification, further due diligence charges will apply.
Where commercial property is purchased with bank or institutional finance, additional fees may apply for acting on behalf of your lender.
Where a transaction requires completion on an accelerated timetable, a premium may apply to reflect the additional resources required.
