Payment Terms

Fees and VAT are required at commencement of the transaction. Any additional fees arising from complexity, along with outlays, are payable prior to settlement. Full details are set out in our Terms of Business.

LBTT on Commercial Property

Lands and Buildings Transaction Tax applies to commercial property purchases and commercial leases in Scotland. We will advise you on the LBTT position applicable to your transaction, though we are not tax advisers.
