Please Be Aware

Fee Estimates

All fees are estimates based on information available at the outset. Where a matter becomes more complex, any additional costs will be discussed and agreed with you before further work is carried out.

Upfront Payment

Two hours' fees plus VAT are required on account before work commences. This amount is deducted from your final bill. Outlays such as tribunal fees are additional and payable separately.

Settlement Agreements

The fixed fee of £500 plus VAT for settlement agreements is ordinarily met by your employer. We will advise you on this at the outset of your matter.

Separate Representation

We act for employers and employees in separate actions. We do not act for both parties in the same dispute. This ensures your matter receives undivided, conflict-free advice at all times.
